WAREHOUSING

The warehousing industry is key activity in any supply chain. The College specialises in warehousing and distribution training. The course codes and titles have changed with the introduction of the 2010 Training Package. We offer the following courses. We also offer recognition of prior learning (RPL) for these courses. The most common course is the Certificate III. 

  • TLI11210 - Certificate I in Warehousing Operations
  • TLI21610 - Certificate II in Warehousing Operations
  • TLI31610 - Certificate III in Warehousing Operations
  • TLI41810 - Certificate IV in Warehousing Operations

Each course has core and elective units to be studied. Traineeships and government funding may be available for some or all of these courses depending on your place of residence and government requirements.



TLI11210 - Certificate II in Warehousing Operations

This is a general qualification for the warehousing industry. You will need to complete 2 core units and 13 elective units to receive a qualification. This course is available online or classroom delivery for minimum groups in the workplace. Government incentives may be available for this course.

TLI31610 - Certificate III in Warehousing Operations

This is a very popular course for persons working in the warehousing industry. You will need to complete 2 core units and 16 elective units to receive a qualification. The units in a Certificate III course are different to those in a Certificate II course. You are enable to enrol directly into a Certificate III course without completing a Certificate II course.

TLI41810 - Certificate IV in Warehousing Operations

If you are a team leader or supervisor and already hold another qualifications in warehousing this course is suitable for you. You will need to complete 2 core units and 18 elective units to receive a qualification. it is not necessary to have a Certificate III qualification as a pre requisite. Government financial incentives may be available for this course.

RECOGNITION OF PRIOR LEARNING (RPL)

If you have the industry experience in warehousing and want to formalise your knowledge and skills, the RPL process is very simple with a high success rate. It may involve providing your resume', position description, copies of any training done in the past and third party validation from your workplace. This is a easy way to become qualified and obtain a Nationally Recognised qualification. Need more details, contact us.
