:: REFUND POLICY ::

The College of Warehousing has a different refund policy for online learning methods compared with more traditional classroom learning and assessment methods.

  • Please read the steps to learning online to ensure you clearly understand the process.

  • Up to the enrolment process you have not paid any money for your program.

  • Once you have selected a block of study or module of study and you have paid for your study using one of the methods listed under the "How to pay" button and have been issued with a user ID and password, then you have complete access to our training and assessment materials. Our refund policy applies from this point forward.

:: POLICY ::

We will refund 10% of the block or module fee upon the receipt of a written request for a refund provided study has not been undertaken or assessment completed. Your refund will be paid by company cheque approximately 21 days from date of request. Our refund policy for various delivery modes is contained within the College of Warehousing student information handbook that is available on our website as a printable document.
